Can't find a Fences section in Stardock Support so posting here.

Keep getting this Fences.exe crash/error message randomly, when not doing anything with Fences or the desktop; just pops up out of nowhere:

The instruction at "0x7c9369da" referenced memory at "0x00000000".  The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Fresh install, XPP SP3 with all OS updates (before Fences install), drive reformatted only 6 days ago (yeah, it was ugly); running MS Security Essentials & Comodo Firewall.  FWIW, I've not yet gotten around to creating any fences or otherwise 'using' the program yet - simply installed the app.

Now having the same Fences crash on another machine with XPP SP3, MSSE & Comodo Firewall.  Actually using Fences on this machine.  Just happening randomly.  Kind of like the WindowFX "An unsupported operation has been attempted." annoyance.  No apparent collateral damage.

Are you using Fences Pro or Free?

Should I have received some sort of acknowledgment from support@stardock.com by now, Shirley?  So far, over two weeks & nada.
